I Feel Movement In My Lower Stomach To The Left

I feel movement in my lower stomach to the left . What do you think this could be. I have had a hysterectomy many years ago , although I have had over 3/4 years operations gor front and back prolapsed. I have had one bladder repair. But this is different I feel movement and constantly going for a wee at least 15 times a day and 3 times in the night. Please help
