I Feel Nauseous After Eating. I Had Surgery To Release

I feel nauseous after eating. I had surgery to release scare tissue on a sling that was placed in 2002 four weeks ago. I feel pressure on my rectum area since the surgery and have not had a normal bowel movement since the surgery. But I have always had problems with constipation all my life
