I Feel Numbness With Little Pain On The Upper Right

I feel numbness with little pain on the upper right of the abdomen..the pain is not inside the stomach but on the muscle only..I experienced this after carrying heavy boxes due to our moving. So I am thinking this might be related to muscle or nerve damage but I want to make it sure is not really serioud
