I Feel Out Of Breath While Walking Nose Kinda Blocked

I feel out of breath while walking nose kinda blocked n diarrahae too... n gaing weight ...n additionally I once used dietary supplements for losing weight... aftr few months of having that one day wen I woke I couldn't breath nicely frm that day onwards it's been two years n still the same.... I am so worried ... n I snore loudly I usd to feel the noise ols wen sleeping
