I Feel Pain In My Chest And Shoulder Which Stretches

I feel pain in my chest and shoulder which stretches out even by the lower side of my left arm till the elbow whenever i exert pressure to pee. If i press against my chest while peeing i dont feel the pain .
i had a sprained neck/shoulder on this same side some days back.
