I Feel Pain In My Lower Left Abdomen And Left

I feel pain in my lower left abdomen and left foot feels numb when having deep thrusting intercourse (started happening last month after my period). Also my vagina cracks and I noticed brown dirt like substance on toilet tissue when wiping. I don't know why is this. please help...
