I Feel Pain In Right Groin. It Started When I

I feel pain in right groin. It started when I was masturbating. I neglected now it's continuing. At my work place I have to stand whole day. It is paining and wen I sleep right side it's paining...kind off numb feeling. Don't know what to do...please suggest me what to do.
