I Feel Pain In The Left Side Of My Belly.

I feel pain in the left side of my belly. I feel like my belly will explode. Have fatty liver, gallstones, and also fell fuul with just salads. I dont eat big meals and i have gain so much weight most in my abdomen área. I feel all inside me painfull.
