I Feel Pain Inside My Ribs On The Right Side

I feel pain inside my ribs on the right side while walking, shaking things and when I breath. this happened soon after my Caesarian operation and I was given epidural and general anaesthesia as well. It's now five months and I still feel the pain. What can be the reason?
