I Feel Pressure In My Sinuses And On My Forehead,

I feel pressure in my sinuses and on my forehead, along with a mucus that is draining from my sinus cavities down my throat. I feel a good bit of pressure by my eyes and am wondering if this is a sinus infection or part of my post concussion symptoms. I was in a car wreck 3 weeks ago and had a mild concussion on my forehead.
