I Feel Pressure On The Left Side Of My Lower

I feel pressure on the left side of my lower abdomen which occasionally I also feel on the right side. I am experiencing bloating, short tingly sensations in my left arm, slight chest pain and I cannot take full breaths due to how bloated I am. I have also recently came off the pill but am unsure what is wrong with me and what I can do to make it better quickly as I am experiencing a lot of discomfort.
