I Feel Pulsations In My Pelvic Region Where My Uterus

I feel pulsations in my pelvic region where my uterus is. My period last month was extremely light which is extremely unusual for me. plus I usually get my period early before it starts and I am supposed to start my period tomorrow but haven't gotten it not even spotting, which I usually get. Could this just be a weird period? Or possibly pregnancy?
