I Feel Rattling Vibrations In My Head And Face, And

I feel rattling vibrations in my head and face, and sometimes it goes throughout the entire body, I am wondering if that can be from a herniated disc in the neck at C6? I suspect that is the cause of it. Is there any way to find out for sure whether the herniated disc is the cause or not?
