I Feel Sensation In My Both Hands And Legs. It

I feel sensation in my both hands and legs. It feels like as current is flowing through my vien and i feel lack of strength in hand and leg as well. I just started taking kimoneuron m injections. Please suggest what is all this and am i taking right injections
