I Feel Sick And Shaky After Having A Cigarette However

I feel sick and shaky after having a cigarette however I thought it'd be good to have a drink and it made me feel worse for 5 minutes, I'm always feeling sick anyway and I think that's because I eat too quickly but I felt really bad, it's never sick to the stomach just an odd tingly sensation in the mouth. I'm always worried and have anxiety also which may be the case, I also hate hate HATE being ill!!
