I Feel Sick Like Wanting To Throw Up And I

I feel sick like wanting to throw up and I feel gas bubbles moving through my stomach. It hurts every time I fart and it feels stuck too. I been dealing with constipation for months now. Im 17 years old and I drink water every day. I don't know anything else that I can do.
