I Feel Some Kind Of A Feeling (like Blood Flowing

I feel some kind of a feeling (like blood flowing rapidly near the bottom left of my neck). I'm sure if I keep my finger at that point, I would be able to feel it like as if it were a heartbeat...this just started yesterday...not sure if it was due to some improper sleeping position or pillow
