I Feel Some Twitching In My Eyebag On The Right

I feel some twitching in my eyebag on the right eye and sometimes i feel like there are web on both my eyes, also sometimes they are itchy....is this something serious or would it go away in a few weeks or so...it's been a week since I'm feeling this.
