I Feel Something Is Stuck In My Throat. Doctors Diagnosed

I feel something is stuck in my throat. Doctors diagnosed it allergic and gave Vitaresp FX. To large extent i am relieved from that issue. From 2 days I am having a little boady ach and slight feverish. Taking Crocin. Now have running nose. Can you suggest how I can get rid off running nose. When iI cough up, there is stress below ribs . .PL HELP
