I Feel Something Stuck In My Chest. It Is Also

I feel something stuck in my chest.
It is also cause of vomt but I cannot vomt.
as I sleep or eat anything after a while something travel up from my stomach and stuckstuck in my food vain or middle of my chest.
And my throat, tongue, mouth, food vain is dry, my throat do not work.
And my whole body is vibrating.
is there any better solution for my disease?
I also used many type of stomach and chest infection medicines.
I am suffering in this disease since 3 months.
I checked up many doctors but any doctor cannot found the better solution for this problem.
Kindly give me prescriptions.
