I Feel Something That Poke Like A Needle In Abdomen

I feel something that poke like a needle in abdomen near rib age on d right side but it's on d skin..I remember when I get up immediately or almost to fall in my bed as if my fat was stretch.now it's ben two nights I feel something unusual,,but not much pain but it bothers me,,seldom only but it's bothering me
