I Feel Sometimes That Sensation All In My Admonin But

I feel sometimes that sensation all in my admonin but I pass gas. I am currently on protonix sometimes get pain on right side then left side .? I check for fever but my readings come up 97.5 I am 44 yrs old male. I have lost 50 pounds in 6 months I was excersicing 4 days a week and lowering my food intake my weight was 305 in January but now I am 260. I can not sleep on my right or left side because it makes me feel sore in these areas my doctor says its because of my stomach was heavy.
