I Feel Somewhat Unbalances, Have Ringing In My Ears, Hearing

I feel somewhat unbalances, have ringing in my ears, hearing loss and sinus problems. The doctor looks in my ears and says they are OK but I feel I have some sort of blockage that is causing the hearing loss and balance problems. How can I find out the cause?
