I Feel Sort Of Heavy In My Abdomen And Its

I feel sort of heavy in my abdomen and its feels tender too.i had alot of bloating and flutters.i went to the hospital and was treated for uti.but my abdomen stillf feels same.i feel like am pregnant but both urine and blood test say negative.i also have my periods which are strange. Forexample my last period came one week before time and am normally a 28 days cyclist.i was also diagnosed with pcos some tym back.so please i need some help.i dont feel any serious pains though and i tried taking in on the 9 of december my ovulation date.but i menstruated on december 24 lighter than my normal period and on 21 january longer than my normal period.
