I Feel That Something Is Protruding From Under My Right

I feel that something is protruding from under my right rib cage
I have also had this feeling of a growth on my right side beneath my rib cage, the pain radiates to my back.
I have been dealing with it for 3 years, I have had body scans and sonograms and they show nothing.
