I Feel The Technician Who Worked On My Braces Last,

I feel the technician who worked on my braces last, may have messed up. On one side where the rubber band hooks it broke, and instead of replacing that bracket, they added a metal hook. After she put the powerchain over, the hook slid over against the next bracket. I feel now before of the rubber bands being in crooked, it's pulling my teeth to rest crooked. Should I be concerned?
