I Feel This Afternoon. After About An Hour, The Pain

I feel this afternoon. After about an hour, the pain in my left foot has become intense - unable to put any weight on it or bend it. No pain with initial fall however. I have iced it for about two hours without any relief and still unable to walk at all. Could this be broken bones?
