I Feel This Pain From My Lower Abdomen Down To

I feel this pain from my lower abdomen down to my private. I feel soreness around my stomach and I'm so bloated, I look pregnant..but I'm not....and I also feel pressure down there. It's like a pain when you have been holding you urine too long. It's been two day like this
