I Feel Tireness , Not Pain, Strange Weakness On My

I feel tireness , not pain, strange weakness on my penis, just like muscular fatigue I am not having any issues with errection but should i put ice on it , because we use ice for muscular fatigue after weight lifting, does that principle applies here as well ?
