I Feel Tremendous Uncomfortable Pressure In My Head Behind My

I feel tremendous uncomfortable pressure in my head behind my eyes and down my spine. Along with this I feel like my eyes are going to pop out and it affects my vision. I also hear a whooshing or my own heartbeat while these episodes are going on. WHATS GOING ON? IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!
