I Feel Weak All The Time,and Sometimes I Have To

I feel weak all the time,and sometimes I have to stop what I'm doing because everything goes white. also, I spat up blood the other day.
I've been feeling this way for a couple of months but now I'm thinking something serious is wrong. What might it be?
