I Feel Weird. My Cut On My Finger Its Small

I feel weird. My cut on my finger its small is not healing. Old crusty dry bloody boogers. Left lymph node slightly swollen on left side of neck. Severe sore throat last week but that went away. My energy is fine. My sleep is fine. No drugs/alcohol/cigarettes. No cough. Nasal congestion only due to the boogers. No other body discoloration. No medical problems. Male. 32 years old. I had lazer ciliary eye surgery 2 weeks ago. Other than that the last 2 weeks I cant shake these symptoms off.
