I feel weird my head feels strange (not like a headache or migraine ) empty if that's a way to put it, stomach hurts, no appetite eat a few mouthfuls and feel full up, tired not much energy. Ruled out pregnancy on implant and taken test tounge feels strange and lips get soreish and dry and have a dry mouth but not thirsty any suggestions??
