I Feels Like I Have A Small Marble Inside My

I feels like I have a small marble inside my tongue near the tip, swollen, sore. I can gently bite down on my tongue and the tissue feels stiff , i cant see any discoloration or swollen tissue when i look in the mirror. I woke up like this. Im not sure how this happend. Is it an infection? Will it go away on its own? I do have trouble sleeping at night due to dry air I sleep on the bottom level of the house and live in minnesota
