I Fell 2 Nights Ago And Hit My Left Eyebrow

I fell 2 nights ago and hit my left eyebrow really hard. I have sweeling in the upper lid that is really red and the bone hurts and so does my head. Feels numb. Do I need to see a doctor or is it too late? I am not sick or having any other issues
