I Fell 2weeks Ago On My Back/right Ribs And The

I fell 2weeks ago on my back/right ribs and the pain has definetly decreased but still persists, especially after working all day, I feel like it's just bruised muscles but wanted to hear from someone. Im not seeing any blood in any body fluid, and there doesn't look like any visual damage, but it feels almost like my right side is pushed in somehow
