I Fell 3 Weeks Ago On My Left Knee! It

I fell 3 weeks ago on my left knee! It is still swollen and very painful! It burns and hurts deep down in the bone!! The whole lower part of my leg has been black, all the way into my foot! I had it x-rated and there was no fracture! They also checked for a blood clot and that was negative also!! It still hurts a lot, should I have it rechecked?
