I Fell 4 Weeks Ago And Bruised My For Head

I fell 4 weeks ago and bruised my for head Very bad. It also gave me 2 black eyes. On the top of my eye brow is a very hard little bump and it hurts. It does not seem to be going down. The bruises are going away slowley but the little bump is not. Do you think I fractured it? If yes will it eventually go away?My vision is good and no other problems.
