I Fell A Couple Of Weeks Ago And Landed On

I fell a couple of weeks ago and landed on the edge of the toilet on the right side of my back, just above my hip. the brusing was very extensive and colourful but has now subsided. I have a large lump under the skin though and the area is painful to touch and I frequently experience sharp stabbing or fire like pain, Also the skin feels numb to the touch
