I Fell A Couple Of Weeks Ago In A Uncovered

I fell a couple of weeks ago in a uncovered heat vent and injured my lower left leg. The bruising has spread to the back of my leg and the knot below my knee is still rather large. I have had some burning sensations behind my knee for 2 days but have not seen a doctor because of such bad health insurance.
