I Fell A Few Days Ago On My Right Knee

I fell a few days ago on my right knee all 296 of me at one point in the er they said I broke my knee cap then came back and said no I can't put no prusure on it and walk they wrapped sent home now my knee has no feeling toes are numb and I can't stand on it even as t rest u can feel the pain knee feels like jelly
