I Fell A Step In 11-14 Went To ER No

I fell a step in 11-14 went to ER no fractures but nasty hematoma. Have been to wound care doctors since (am no diabetic, am 70+ years old) latest hole was told healed. Soon after another pone appeared beside the original wound and was emptied by vascular surgeon. Primary Care doctor before latest gave me BACTRiM for 10 days 800 mg twice a day for burning red down leg and cellulitis. I wonder should I have another opinion. Two long time nurses in family say I need infusion antibiotic
