I Fell A Week Ago Today With Head Strike On

I fell a week ago today with head strike on the corner of toolbox. Still some swelling on side of head, persistent headache, deep bruising rising to surface. X rayed for any cracks around right eye were clear. Should I have a ctrl scan? Have Dr appt. in 2 days.
