I Fell About 5 Feet Off A Ladder Almost 2

I fell about 5 feet off a ladder almost 2 weeks ago. No problems or symptoms except a bruised and swollen lump on the right side of my head. A week and a half later I have pain on the left side of my head that keeps throbbing off and on. My massage therapist is concerned that I may have a brain fracture or tumor and told me to ck here first.
