I Fell About 5 Foot On To A Hand Rail

I fell about 5 foot on to a hand rail my middle back hit it popped or cracked now I got pain in my middle back down to my left hip it's a shooting pain it's been 6 days still about the same hard to get up sometimes it's hard to stand what is wrong please?
