I Fell About A Month Ago. Slipped In The Rain

I fell about a month ago. Slipped in the rain on a metal grating on the sidewalk. I fell on my butt, tried to stop the fall with my left arm which hurt my shoulder but landed on my right hip. I feel nuts but only this past week realized I have a nice size indention in my upper right hip. It is deep, bruised just at the spot but no broken skin. What should I do??
