I Fell About A Week Ago And Cut My Leg

I fell about a week ago and cut my leg I should of went to the dr and had stitches but I didn't. It's still numb on one side and I have no feeling the other is really tender. The inside of the cut is black? Now the last couple days my leg is selling from my knne to my ankle and the cut is in between
