I Fell About An Hour Ago And Hit The Back

I fell about an hour ago and hit the back of my head against the wall of the building. I drank ibuprofen 600 mg. I have a huge bump and now I am noticing that the left side of my face feels weird, like almost a bit swollen and stretched (could be because I might have clinched my teeth together to brace the fall) and the black circle under my left eye looks puffy. Is this normal? Do I need to see a doctor?
