I Fell About Six Weeks Ago And Braced My Fall

I fell about six weeks ago and braced my fall with my left hand. I have had ex-rays and they said there wasn't any fracture(s). But my ring finger and middle finger knuckle still hurt and I cannot close my hand into a fist. I think I more than "sprained" my hand/wrist because it is still giving me so much trouble. What could be causing all the trouble?
