I Fell About Ten Days Ago Had Avery Bad Gash

I fell about ten days ago had avery bad gash on the side of my hand in the joint of the pinky and palm of my hand ,when my neice help me put a bandage on it she said it was to the bone and there wasn't any skin left to stitch.it got infected and I kept it clean used peroxide and benidine and kept it covered, well every time I get it wet or bump it it hurts for hours and my husband noticed the bone in my hand is out of place.
